    AR Comparison Data

    MDI full disk Dopplergram data tracked and mapped in 16 x 16 degree patches of the solar surface over about 5 days. The data tracks an active region for a given length of time. A patch of quiet sun at a similar latitude and close in time is also tracked, and stored with the relevant active region data, like below. Included are, the power spectra and mode parameter fits for the selected active region and one or two comparison regions of low magnetic activity at the same latitude within the same Carrington rotation. The data are provided by R. Bogart.
