A data gap between 66 and 88 nm could be filled with good accuracy by measurements inside the overlapping range of first and second order and the KBr-to-bare ratio. Uncertainties are estimated to be 15% from 54 to 120 nm, 25% above 120 nm on KBr (30% on bare). Below 54 nm only very few lines can be observed, and the data need further confirmation and can at this stage only be trusted to within a factor 4, but will be improved by future measurements.
