Dear Eoghan,

in response to your SUMER-SOFT query, I can suggest to look up the
heliographic latitude in the Astronomical Almanac. It gives you the
tilt angle. This angle is uploaded to SUMER from time to time for use in
the standard solar rotation compensation.
