Subject: Update on SCL Generation Software

Dear colleagues,

in order to prepare scl codes with all features of the Rear Slit Camera scan
mode, some further modifications of the scl generation software were needed.

I have implemented these revision today. Since quite a few procedures
were affected, I hope that my testing was sufficient to identify all 
bugs. Should you have any difficulties in using the new version, please
let me know.
