If you have an account on sumop1 at EOF, the SUMER data are available directly either in 
  *.FTS files (FITS files generated from CD_ROM) up-to end of 1998 by a call to:
      FITS_NOV98  as an example
or in *.FITS files from february 1999 up to may 1999, the call is the same:
	FITS_FEB99 as an example.
For the external people the SOHO archive must be used or a request must be made to myself to get 
a specified set of FITS formatted data.
