Subject: SUMER Line Width Correction: Con_width_funct_2.pro (Input)

Dear colleagues,

I have today modified the comments accompanying the "con_width_funct_2.pro"
function, in order to stress even more that the line width (the output of
the detector) which has to be entered into the function as input always must
be in FWHM. The output of the function can be controlled by keywords to be
either Doppler width or FWHM. These modifications do not change the function
itself in any way. The reason for my action was that, unfortunately, a
misunderstanding happened in this context, which led to wrong line widths.
