Dear Colleagues,

After a browsing of the data base, I have seen that the modification 
made in may 1999 for top/bottom short slits, although correct was not 
always consistant with the slit identification in the primary header
(in some case double corrections may happen).
I have rewritten this part, in taking into account of the modification 
done in the FTS generation at this period. Now if the slits are top 
(slits 3 and 6) the reference y_pixel is 59; if the slits are bottom 
(slits 5 and 8)  the reference y_pixel is 299. There is a systematic 
check of the correspondence between slit and reference y_pixel.
