Folks:

We've run into a problem with a SUMER procedure called read_image.pro.  It
conflicts with a routine of the same name which is part of the standard IDL
distribution.  It should be renamed to be more SUMER-specific.

I've searched through the SUMER software tree, and read_image appears to be
called in a very small number of places.  The only places I can find it used
are in

        $SSW/soho/sumer/idl/misc/cre_manual_idl.pro
        $SSW/soho/sumer/idl/misc/display_science.pro
        $SSW/soho/sumer/idl/misc/group_content.sho
        $SSW/soho/sumer/idl/misc/quick_look_build.com
        $SSW/soho/sumer/idl/misc/quick_look_files.dat

Does anyone have any objections to having this routine renamed to
read_sumer_image.pro?
