IDL structure definitions:
julian - Julian day.
tsi - Reconstructed total solar irradiance, TSI (units: W m^-2).
tsi_ll - The lower uncertainty bound of the TSI series.
tsi_ul - The upper uncertainty bound of the TSI series.
wl_lb - Wavelength bin lower bound (units: nm).
wl_ub - Wavelength bin upper bound (units: nm).
ssi - Reconstructed spectral solar irradiance, SSI (units: W m^-2 nm^-1).
ssi_ll - The lower uncertainty bound of the SSI series.
ssi_ul - The upper uncertainty bound of the SSI series.
data - The data the reconstruction is based on (see Sects. 2 and 4.4 in reference [1]).

The SSI values are the bin-average SSI within each wavelength bin. The integral between any two wavelengths is therefore given by
the sum of the product of SSI and bin width (upper bound minus lower bound) over the enclosed wavelength bins.
