SUMER scan studies of 07./09.Mar.99

Since scans with SUMER have been allowed under certain circumstances (see note), and SOHO is pointing north again, a number of studies were performed to collect information about velocities in a coronal hole at the solar south limb and in a quiet region at disk center.
