Power spectrum

This package contains code to
1) compute an azimuthally averaged power spectrum and
2) fit the spectrum at constant wave number as a function of frequency (some Model S efrequencies to use as a guess) and return the fit parameters. The fitting function fits asymmetric Lorentzians to each peak and returns the parameters of the Lorentzian for each peak.
