The Harnack House offers a limited number of rooms for reservation during the conference period (15 - 19 December, 2025). A single room costs 98 EUR per night including breakfast. A double room costs 110 EUR per night for double occupancy and 98 EUR for single occupancy, including breakfast. These rooms will be assigned on a first-come first-served basis.

To book a room, please email info@harnackhaus-berlin.mpg.de and provide:

  • your desired arrival and departure dates
  • your preferred room type: "single room guest house" or "double room guest house (single or double occupancy)"
  • and, importantly, mention the reservation code "9960".

The deadline for reserving a room is 14.11.2025

Berlin also offers many places to stay, see for example Booking.com. It is recommended that participants book their hotels as soon as possible to get the best offers.
