Registration and Payment

1. General Information

  • Registration deadline: 22 May 2005
    As the number of participants is limited, the acceptance to the course is made on a "first come, first serve" basis. Please note that your registration will be definitive only after payment. If you register but do not pay in time, your place may be given to somebody else. A short confirmation will be sent after receipt of the payment. In case of cancellation after the official registration deadline, 50% of the registration fee will be returned.

  • Cost of meeting (Registration Fee plus board and lodging)
    Due to the generosity of the Heraeus Foundation we can offer particularly generous rates.
    For students: 50 Euro
    For all other participants: 350 Euro

  • Contributed paper
    Please indicate if you intend to submit a contribution to the topical workshop, to be presented as a short talk or poster. In this case, please indicate the topic and submit a short abstract. You will be informed of acceptance at the latest 5 weeks prior to the meeting.
