The keywords for each series is specified in the "maptrack.jsd" file when you use the command, "create_series". There are protected keywords, but you are free to add others. Here is a sample of what keywords the tracked/mapped datacube series have at the moment.

T_OBS_FI: the time of the first frame, TAI
T_OBS_LA: the time of the last frame, TAI
REF_L0: the longitude of the centre of the map at the mid-time
REF_B0: the latitude of the centre of the map at the mid-time
OBS_L0: the longitude of the observed disk centre at the mid-time
OBS_B0: the latitude of the observed disk centre at the mid-time
DAXIS1: the pixel scale in the x-direction (column), solar radii
DAXIS2: the pixel scale in the y-direction (row), solar radii
RSUN_MM: the radius of the Sun, Mm
NINTERPS: number of frame interpolated over
T_OBS_FI_step:
T_OBS_FI_epoch: time counted in seconds since this time
T_OBS_LA_step:
T_OBS_LA_epoch: time counted in seconds since this time
